Certainly! The reference suggests a practice of observing, watching, and witnessing the 3D reality in silence and with long pauses between inhales and exhales. The idea behind this practice is likely to cultivate a state of mindfulness and detachment from the external world, allowing one to be present and aware without getting caught up in the distractions and stressors of daily life.

As for the question of how to Shift 3D reality, it's important to note that ignoring or denying reality is not a healthy or productive approach to life. Instead, it may be more helpful to focus on developing a healthy relationship with reality, one that allows you to engage with it in a balanced and constructive way.

One way to do this is through mindfulness practices like the one described previously By observing, watching, and witnessing the 3D reality without getting swept away by its ups and downs, you can learn to cultivate a sense of inner peace and equanimity that allows you to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Another approach is to develop a sense of perspective and context around your experience of reality. This may involve reflecting on the impermanence and interconnectedness of all things, or exploring the underlying nature of reality from a spiritual or philosophical perspective.

Ultimately, the key to cultivating a healthy relationship with reality is to find a balance between engagement and detachment, allowing yourself to fully participate in life while also maintaining a sense of inner calm and clarity.

Here's a possible summary of the ideas discussed in the previous response:

This can help you develop inner peace and equanimity, enabling you to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience. Additionally, reflecting on the impermanence and interconnectedness of all things can help provide context and perspective. Jane sat down at her desk and opened up her social media feed. As she scrolled through the posts, she came across a photo that made her feel glitchy and uncomfortable. She couldn't quite put her finger on what it was, but something about the image just didn't sit right with her.

As she paused to observe and watch her thoughts and emotions, she noticed a dialogue critic conversation starting to form in her mind. She found herself thinking, "Why would they post something like this? It's so self-righteous and attention-seeking."

But instead of getting caught up in the negativity of these thoughts, Jane took a deep breath and allowed herself to witness them without judgement. She noticed how her reaction was trending, her emotions spiking, increased Motion and breathing, biassed tapping on her phone scrolling and how engrossingly it was creating a sense of disconnection from the world around her. She Even remembers her Auntie who paused similarly and imagined if that Could have been Mary her Prayers Partner.

She ends up ingesting and digesting farther how she would even become more hateful and scornful, and by the way she never Said Thanks. After returning that book she had borrowed a roller coaster at full speed.

Silently in Stillness and acknowledging her Wanderer Mind Observing, watching, listening and Witnessing Her Own experiences From her Above Identity of the Truth of Who she really is.

She Chose and Decided to Watch, Listen, Observe and Witness this down here on her Earth from heaven Above?

No! she had Caught herself red handed! Smiling at all this Imaginal Adventure and realised how imaginative she is, Observing her Own gossip and inner speech and talk. Realising she is now working from Seperated of her Identity as the one Experiencing to this He that Watches Over Her and Know and understand her ways and paths.

As she continued to observe her thoughts and emotions, Jane felt a sense of calm and clarity start to emerge. She realised that her discomfort with the photo was not necessarily a reflection of reality, but rather a projection of her own Imaginal internal landscape.

It seemed like a Script she was watching and marvelling at how she's present Within by  just Observing and Listening from another Dimension of Awareness.  That now she's not just that her Who is Experiencing Life in the body but Also that Her, "the Conscious Awareness".

She would assume that her identity is more of this Awareness than the reality and she would speak to the Reality From this High Identity Ground.

"I hear you. I see you. I understand. “❤” Speaking to her part who is Experiencing and she is aware of it..

With this newfound awareness, Jane was able to approach the situation with greater equanimity and understanding. She recognized that everyone Down here has their own unique perspective on the world, and if one chooses and decides to Assume a position Identity Higher outside the Experience but in Awareness, she is Able to observe Witness And Relate Towards Circumstances and situations from Empowerment Place. Then Able to importantly responsively engage with Oneself and others in a spirit of compassion and empathy.

Through this process of observation, watching, and witnessing her thoughts and emotions, Jane was able to cultivate a healthier relationship with reality. She learned to approach the world with greater mindfulness and detachment, enabling her to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Fire fighting kids errant fun activities and indulgence has become the Drain on her Energy Emotions and happiness.

From that position she regarded herself to be a recipient of Peace serenity and quiet From her Students.

Later she shifted that position from just an overwhelmed nanny.

She sees herself as the guardian, help and keeper towards her Students.

Suddenly the response From the class is different.

Her previous identity of needing peace and quiet is transformed into EMPOWERED.

That day, Christina realises that she's been looking at her identity from the wrong perspective. Instead of seeing herself as an overwhelmed nanny, she decides to embrace her identity as a guardian and teacher.

With this shift in mindset, her mental dialogue changes from one of frustration to one of empowerment. She no longer feels offended by the noise and chaos of her class, but rather sees it as an opportunity to help her students grow and learn.

"Wow, you guys are having so much fun!" she exclaims. "Let's see how we can harness that energy and use it to achieve great things." I am your teacher, helper and Guardian. I will teach you and Show you what and how to…

Christina's original displacement was Results of herself identity of Needing something to be perfect by and from Another source.

She started seeing who she is correctly, her True Identity and was able to manage the situation without having her Students change their behaviour but by her changing her positional identity and was therefore more empowered to influence positively.

Christna was always a perfectionist, striving for order and control in her classroom. She couldn't stand the thought of anything being out of place, and it was starting to take a toll on her mental health.

Whenever her students got too noisy or disorganised, she would snap at them, trying to force them to behave the way she wanted them to. But this approach only made things worse, as the students would become more defiant and unruly.

That day, Christina had a realisation. She realised that her need for Circumstances  and situations perfection was not serving her or her students. She began to see herself as The perfection Towards Circumstances and situations the Perfect, a guide and mentor, rather than a controller, and this shift in perspective changed everything.

Instead of trying to force her students to conform to her expectations, she began to work with them, encouraging them to express themselves and explore their creativity in a safe and supportive environment.

As she embraced her new identity, Christina found that she was able to manage the situation without having to change her students' behaviour. She was more empowered to influence them positively, and she found that they responded much better to her new approach.

Over time, Christina's classroom became a fun, playful, and creative space where her students felt free to express themselves and learn at their own pace. And Christina was happier and more fulfilled than she had ever been, knowing that she was making a real difference in the lives of her students.

In the end, She learned that sometimes the best way to achieve perfection is to let go of control of Outside world and embrace the beauty and messiness of life and stop drawing Your Identity from such. That by assuming and believing Your Ascended Identity it naturally prompts Application Towards the outer space into Alignment with what you want Desire and Love.

Previously Christina spoke to the Situation From a position of identity of obligations responsibility work and Demand as she Who is Experiencing it.

Always on the planet I should be, I should do, it should, you should, They should..

Once the Anchor of her Identity is such, Threats  and Failure in any way triggers Identity Crisis to her nerves.

Once she didn't follow up her IDENTITY to come from what she them, they do say or think, and Now assumed who she is beforehand she was able to respond effectively towards her situation.

Now she Is operating from an Identity that is solidly grounded from the Truth and Not swayed and tossed around by if, when, After, Unless, Until, who, how and do so that… her Within Alignment is key to resolving the World without.

Notice the shift didn't occur in the outside circumstances but within herself as who she identified herself as I Am.

Christina used to approach every situation from a place of obligation and responsibility. She felt that she had to be in control of everything, and any failure on her part would trigger her nerves and leave her feeling anxious and stressed.

But when she began to focus on her true identity and the results that she wanted to achieve, everything changed. She realised that she didn't have to be perfect all the time, and that sometimes it was okay to let go and allow things to unfold naturally.

As she shifted her perspective and started to identify as a guide and mentor rather than an overworked , overwhelmed teacher, she was able to respond more effectively to her situation. She stopped trying to force her students to conform to her expectations, and instead, she worked with them to create a fun and engaging learning environment.

By focusing on her identity it prompted response bearing results she wanted to achieve, Christina was able to transform her classroom into a space where her students felt empowered to learn and explore. And she found that she was happier and more fulfilled than ever before.

The shift that occurred within Christina didn't come from any external circumstance or situational Alignment. It came from within herself as she redefined who she is (I AM) and it contained within it what she wanted to achieve. And in doing so, she was able to achieve greater success and happiness than she ever thought possible.

Christina used to see herself solely from the perspective of her responsibilities, obligations, and demands as a teacher. She felt that she should always do everything perfectly and any sign of failure would trigger her nerves.

But as she learned to connect with who she truly was, she was able to respond more effectively to her situation. She realised that her identity was not just based on what she did, said, or thought, but on something  purposefully deeper and more meaningful.

In Summary Identity Shift:

By shifting her focus from external demands to her internal identity, Christina and Jane were able to find a new sense of purpose and empowerment. They no longer felt the need to control everything and everyone around her, but instead saw themselves as a guide and mentor and Influencer to their situations.

This Identity shift in perspective allowed them to respond to their situations in a more positive and effective way. They no longer felt overwhelmed or drained by their work, but instead found joy and fulfilment in mastering and managing their world, learn and grow.

The key to this transformation was not in changing the outside circumstances, but in shifting one's own perception of self and the role in the world. Once they learned to connect with their true identity, they were able to approach their work with confidence and purpose, and to make a real difference in the lives and Environments.
